ANPED   works to empower Northern civil society in creating and protecting sustainable communities and societies world-wide. ANPED’s main focus is on sustainable consumption and production, the use of goods and services responding to basic human needs and bringing a better quality of life, while minimizing the use of natural resources, toxic materials and emissions of waste and pollutants over the life cycle, so as not to jeopardize the needs of future generations.



The Foundation for Youth Social Entrepreneurship (FYSE) is a regional organization with the aim to inspire and empowering young people to take actions which create positive change and real impact in their communities, their countries and Asia. By providing a range of tailored support including campaigning and training that is youthful, exciting and dynamic FYSE aims to inspire youth to take actions now, no matter how big or small their actions might be.


The Earth Charter is a declaration of fundamental principles for building a just, sustainable, and peaceful global society for the 21st century. Created by global civil society, endorsed by thousands of organizations and institutions, the Charter is not only a call to action, but a motivating force inspiring change the world over.

 

The International Centre for Conflict and Human Rights Analysis (ICCHRA) is a research, teaching and training centre that critically examines the policies and actions of Governments, International Organizations & independent actors that affect the realization of human rights around the world. ICCHRA is headquartered in Ghana, and works in Togo, The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Cameroon and Ethiopia.


International Youth Foundation (IYF)

The International Youth Foundation (IYF) is working in close to 70 countries and territories to improve the conditions and prospects for young people where they live, learn, work, and play. Established in 1990 to bring worldwide resources to young people in need, IYF works with hundreds of companies, foundations, and civil society organizations to strengthen and "scale up" existing programs that are making a positive and lasting difference in young lives. Over the last 15 years, IYF and its global network of in-country Partners have helped millions of young people gain access to the life skills, education, job training and opportunities critical to their success. 

Pnyv! is a multilingual multimedia ezine featuring inspiring people 
working for positive change and good practice projects. Pnyv!
empowers youth to stimulate change in their schools and communities
through the use of positive news boards, teaching tools and the
launch of local editions.

VITA Europe   is the voice of European civil society and Europe's first and only English language information portal entirely dedicated to the European third sector. In partnership with YAC, Vita Europe has launched a channel for Youth Activism where you will find third sector news tailored to a young audience and interviews with young European third sector protagonists.

Amnesty International is an international non-governmental 
organization
which defines its mission as "to undertake research and
action focused on preventing and ending abuses of the rights to
physical and mental integrity, freedom of conscience and expression,
and freedom from discrimination, within the context of its work to
promote all human rights."
The Italian section of Amnesty International supported in YAC in the 
creation and delivery of an online course on 'Womens' Rights'.


UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is an interantional 
development agency that promotes the right of every woman,
man and child to enjoy a life of health and equal opportunities.
UNFPA supports countries in using population data for policies
and programs to reduce poverty and to ensure that every
pregnancy is wanted, every birth is safe, every young person
is free of HIV/AIDS, and every girl and woman is treated with
dignity and respect.






UNFPA partnered with YAC to design and implement an online 
course on 'Young People and Poverty Reduction Strategies'.








Vynil 2010 Essay Competition is a global essay competition 
encouraging young people to research and submit ideas on
various issues realted to Sustainable Development. YAC is
a partner of the competition.





The World Summit Youth Award is an international

competition e-Contents from around the world that address in 
an
inspiring manner the UN Millennium Development Goals, and
use internet
and mobile contents to create awareness of the
MDGs, show actions
towards reaching those goals and demonstrate
the consequences of
interaction or counter-action.

The WSYAs mission is to empower youth by creating digital 
opportunity.
